Paul Tompkins: Program Analyst Paul Tompkins is a Program Analyst who has been with VA since 2001. He has held various administrative positions at the James A. Haley VAMC, Tampa, FL. Most recently he served as a Clinical Applications Coordinator in Tampa, building tools for documentation and electronic processes in the Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS) and acting as the facility iMedConsent™ coordinator. Paul was involved in the implementation of several iMedConsent™ program improvements, including wireless deployment, user integration into process development, and process innovation. Paul Tompkins is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, retiring after a 22 year career as a Russian Linguist. During his Air Force career he was directly involved in Arms Control Treaty verification activities with the former Soviet Union, including Underground Nuclear Weapons Testing Treaties, the Intermediate Range Nuclear Forces Treaty and preparation for the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty.
