Raymond S. Frazier, MA: Executive Assistant

Raymond Frazier is Executive Assistant for the National Center for Ethics in Health Care (NCEHC). Mr. Frazier's areas of expertise include informed consent and end-of-life issues. Before joining the NCEHC, Mr. Frazier was the Coordinator of Special Projects at the University of Maryland - Baltimore County (UMBC) College of Engineering. At UMBC, he oversaw the College’s public relations, publications, web development, and special events. He was also instrumental in developing an initiative to integrate ethics into the engineering and computer science curricula. Mr. Frazier received his BA in Biology in 1996, and his MA in Applied and Professional Ethics in 2001.
