Angela Klipsch, MS: Evaluation Specialist

Angela Klipsch, MS, is an Evaluation Specialist with the National Center for Ethics in Health Care. She received her graduate degree in Health Education from the University of West Florida. During her education, she began her path working with Veterans while working with the R.E. Mitchell Center for POW Studies. She continued this path after graduation by accepting a position as a research coordinator with the VA Puget Sound Health Care System. After completing work on this three year study, she proceeded to work in the private sector for several years. Angela helped guide ethical practices with research subjects while working as an IRB Coordinator and later as a Clinical Research Assistant.
